Kiss the cook

Made dinner for Lynda and myself tonight. So yummy and what's even better...so easy! The recipe is courtesy of my Aunt Barb. She was an amazing cook and wish I could call her to share my experience with her, but she went to be with Jesus in March. So I'll share this moment with you as a tribute to her. Here are some pictures to make your mouths' water.

Before: let the ingredients (tomato, garlic, basil, olive oil, and brie) marinate for at least 2 hours.


After: toss with pasta and manga!
