Made dinner for Lynda and myself tonight. So yummy and what's even better...so easy! The recipe is courtesy of my Aunt Barb. She was an amazing cook and wish I could call her to share my experience with her, but she went to be with Jesus in March. So I'll share this moment with you as a tribute to her. Before: let the ingredients (tomato, garlic, basil, olive oil, and brie) marinate for at least 2 hours.
After: toss with pasta and manga!
